Chapter 9: His Eyes Took My Breath Away
A Xing stared at my photo with red eyes, as if he was extremely agitated.
“Don’t say that, Cheng Xi’s figure isn’t bad at all. If she were to come and throw herself at me, I wouldn’t mind sleeping with her.”
“Last time at Nightfall Bar, she was soaked through. Honestly, her figure is really good.”
“Liu Bin, you’ve taken advantage of her quite a lot. You nearly stripped her clothes off…”
“Hahaha…”
A few wealthy second-generation members who came with Fu Mingyu were speaking filthy words.
Because Fu Mingyu looked down on me, they also looked down on me.
Since Fu Mingyu always thought I was cheap, disgusting, and lowly, these people never understood how to respect me.
I glared at their disgusting faces, feeling a burning rage inside me, wanting to tear them apart.
I clenched my fists and threw a punch, but it was useless.
“Bang!”
Liu Bin was punched and heavily fell to the ground.
I stood there in shock, watching A Xing, the person who had charged at Liu Bin and was hitting him relentlessly… It was actually A Xing.
The crazy person who wanted to kill me.
“Dammit, is he crazy? Hurry up and pull him away!” Liu Bin’s people cursed in terror and rushed over to stop him.
But A Xing seemed to have gone mad like a wild beast. No matter how those around him beat him, he fiercely continued to hit Liu Bin, unwilling to let go.
His eyes were red, like a bloodthirsty monster, hitting fiercely.
“You… touch her… damn it…” A Xing’s voice was hoarse, crying out.
But no one could understand what he was saying.
In the dim light, his face was covered in dark red blood, like a frenzied beast, causing an inexplicable fear.
In the end, it was Fu Mingyu who knocked him out with a stick, frowning and cursing.
“Call the police, they’ll sort this out.” Fu Mingyu said in a deep voice.
Liu Bin was already knocked out, his face covered in blood, a pitiful sight.
I stood there, numbly looking at Liu Bin in his miserable state, smiling weakly.
Is this considered retribution?
……
Two months ago, Liu Bin used Fu Mingyu’s phone to call me.
He said: Mingyu was drunk and in a bad mood, constantly calling your name. You should come and pick him up.
It was pouring rain that day, I had no car and couldn’t get a taxi. The wind was so strong that the umbrella couldn’t hold up.
Just because Liu Bin said Fu Mingyu missed me, I, like a fool, ran through the rain desperately to the club.
But when I pushed open the private room door, soaked and embarrassed, I saw everyone… mocking and laughing.
“Hahaha, it’s raining so hard outside, and she really came!”
“Mingyu, you’re something, you won. Hahaha.”
Fu Mingyu was not drunk at all. He was with those people, playing those vile games.
“Mingyu, this woman is so cheap. Does she really do anything as long as she can marry you?” Liu Bin laughed and taunted. “Why don’t you let her sleep with me? You said to sleep with me, then marry her, see if she agrees.”
In the private room, everyone laughed.
They looked at me as if I were a cheap commodity. Sleazy, disgusting.
I will never forget, never forget the vicious faces of these people.
“Did you tell my mom that I slept with you, forcing me to marry you?” Fu Mingyu leaned on the sofa, looking at me with a playful expression. “Cheng Xi, you really don’t care about your face just to marry me, how cheap.”
I trembled all over, standing at the private room door, my eyes reddened as I spoke. “If you’re fine… I’ll leave first.”
I turned to leave, but Liu Bin suddenly pressed me against the door.
His hands and feet were dirty, clearly doing it on purpose.
I trembled all over, looking at Fu Mingyu for help. “Let me go! Don’t touch me!”
I cried and struggled desperately, but Fu Mingyu didn’t care.
He, like everyone else, watched my joke.
Seeing Fu Mingyu ignore me, Liu Bin grew bolder.
He pressed me onto the sofa, tearing at my clothes.
The more I struggled, the more excited they became.
They laughed and made a fuss, egging Liu Bin on to go further.
I cried and shouted Fu Mingyu’s name, pleading for him to save me.
But the look he gave me took my breath away.
